Job Description

  • Welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner while ensuring the company security policy on visitor handling
  • Handle calls to the company in a professional manner
  • Handle mails, couriers, etc. and deliver accordingly
  • Manage meeting room booking
  • Manage company taxi cards and parking services
  • Manage stationery for the office
  • Check and verify bills, expenses; make payment request to the suppliers
  • Support internal staff-sales and other events of the company.

Qualifications

  • 3rd or 4th student who could join full-time (6 months, from Monday to Friday)
  • Can submit recommendation letter
  • Good ability of English communication
  • Strong customer focus
  • Capable of MS office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
