Working location: Viettel Building, D10, HCMC
Working hour: Monday – Friday, from 9AM – 6PM
– Assist with basic office responsibilities such as filing, faxing, making copies, input data entry
– Assist with Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, other tasks assigned by manager or team leader
– Support the payment processing team, prepare payment detail.
– Perform cross check for set of supporting document, VAT invoice, preparing statements
– Follow pending transaction on system and communicate with other departments
– Ability to work in a team, flexibility.
– Basic understanding of accountancy and book-keeping.
– Good command of English is required; Strong Excel skill is a plus.
