Job Description:

As an Account Intern at Dentsu Aegis Network, you will assist the Account Executive in various tasks related to agency operations. This includes creative product development, campaign deliverables, project materials preparation, research, and general administrative tasks. You will gain hands-on experience in working with top-tier clients and brands in a creative agency setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account team with daily tasks: follow up on assigned tasks, gather reference information, prepare competitor reviews, and collect on-site brand and product information.
  • Assist in ensuring superior service quality and timely, effective delivery of marketing ideas to clients.
  • Help prepare materials for client meetings, handle meeting recaps, and follow up on actions.
  • Perform administrative duties, ensuring strict adherence to internal processes.
  • Provide insights and updates on emerging trends, market observations, and cultural shifts.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a university degree in Communication, Business, Commerce, Management, or relevant fields.
  • Basic understanding of brand building and communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • High fluency in English (both speaking and writing).
  • Ability to work full-time and on-site.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible, willing to learn, and adapt quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
