- Location: Ho Chi Minh City
- Period: 11 months (June 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026), full-time
2. Main responsibilities
Time to Pay (T2P) Support
- Assist with tax document submission and processing
- Support statutory insurance delivery and documentation
- Help manage voluntary health insurance programs
- Contribute to benefit program administration (Moon cake, Vaccination, Health check-up, etc.)
- Support trainee salary processing
Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Support
- Manage document filing, tracking, and mailing
- Support trainee process management, including onboarding, offboarding, and extensions
- Assist with article management and related administrative tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the People Services team
3. About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and Word)
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal forms
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Experience in payroll is an advantage
- Proactive, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
