Intel Products Vietnam is looking to hire 50 Process & Equipment Engineers and Technical Supervisors for our manufacturing plant in district 9.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

I – Technical Supervisors:

  • Fresher positions: Fresh Graduates with up to 3 years of experience
  • Senior positions:  Candidates with > 3 years of  experience in similar fields

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Supervisors

  • Review, understand and ensure compliance to all policies and procedures of Safety, Quality, and 5S.
  • Direct supervision of workforce to maximize efficiency and reduce operating costs.
  • Maintain quality standards on all products to ensure manufacturing with zero defect methodology.
  • Ensure proper training is given and recorded for all employees in an effort to reduce quality concerns.
  • Maintain and provide technical support on equipment in assigned area to meet all tool performance goals.
  • Foster a positive team environment and assist coworkers as required.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor of Engineering, major in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Prefer candidates with relevant working experience, familiar with manufacturing environment.
  • Can work on shift (12 hours/day, 4 days/week)
  • Good verbal, written, and communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrate passion in managing and leading diverse group of technicians to deliver quality output safely.
  • Able to provide leadership to technicians to resolve problems and require strong process knowledge.
  • Able to motivate and develop workforce to meet business challenges

II – Process & Equipment Engineers

  • Fresher positions: Fresh Graduates with up to 3 years of experience
  • Senior positions:  Candidates with > 3 years of experience in similar field

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Process & Equipment Engineers

  • Maintain the equipment performance and perform troubleshooting for issues
  • Install, qualify and put into operation the module equipment and process.
  • Implement the process control systems and monitoring the process to detect signals and maintain it within control, so no safety or quality incident occur and performance targets are met.
  • Monitor equipment and process indicators to reduce process variability.
  • Define maintenance procedures, training manufacturing technicians and partner with manufacturing to maintain the equipment with the highest standards.
  • Coordinate, implement and develop equipment and process improvements in regards to safety, quality and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor of Engineering, major in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Strong verbal, written, and communication skills in English.
  • Can work on shift (12 hours/day, 4 days/week) if required to support Manufacturing/ New Product Introduction.
  • Strong technical knowledge in equipment and process, strong problem solving skills to resolve complex issues.
