  1. INTRODUCTION ABOUT G500 – MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM AT DHL SUPPLY CHAIN VIETNAM

The G500 Management Trainee Program in Viet Nam is a tailored training program 24 months, targeting graduates and young professionals to prepare the next generation of leaders in Logistics 4.0.

As a graduate, you will gain both operational and functional experience in a project-oriented role with interactions between different departments within the organization. You will learn from the best and get the support you need with a mentor and a buddy throughout the program.

  1. DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP
  • Phase 1 (the first 12 months): focus on learning and working in 2 core departments: Transport and Warehouse under Operation Department.
  • Phase 2: (last 12 months) depends on your career orientation:
  • You will be assigned to take Supervisor role (Transport or Warehouse) if your career aspiration is to become a Manager in Operation Department.
  • Or transfer to the Commercial Department to challenge yourself in 2 departments: Business development and Solution Design if you develop yourself to a Business manager after the program ends.

  1. HAVE YOU GOT WHAT IT TAKES?
  • Graduated from 2020, 2021 and less than 01 year working experience. Having experience in Logistic/Supply Chain is a PLUS
  • GPA 7.0/10 or equivalent
  • Good analysis and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency using English in listening, speaking, reading, writing and presentation
  • “Can Do” attitude, proactive and team work spirit
