The Ascott Limited xuất hiện tại thị trường Việt Nam từ năm 1994. Lúc đó, tập đoàn này được biết đến với những khoản đầu tư khủng, những dự án mang tầm vóc quốc tế ở những vị trí trung tâm Hà Nội và Tp Hồ Chí Minh.
Được biết, Việt Nam là thị trường đầu tư lớn nhất của Ascott tại khu vực Đông Nam Á – nơi mà nhu cầu tìm kiếm về căn hộ dịch vụ là rất lớn.
Tại Việt Nam, Ascott là chủ sở hữu đồng thời là nhà điều hành kinh doanh căn hộ dịch vụ quốc tế lớn nhất với gần 7.000 phòng tại 27 khu căn hộ dịch vụ tại Hà Nội, Hải Phòng, Hạ Long, Nha Trang, thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và Bình Dương.
