JOB DESCRIPTION
Order Follow-up:
- Monitor the completion of orders till shipment
- Anticipate, solve and escalate problems during order processing
Coordination:
- Work together with the team members to achieve common goals
- Coordinate with team members and internal departments for relevant issues or changes
- Report business activity, progress and status, and record them by using assigned applications/systems
- Escalate the issues or problems to his/her manager/superior
Supporting the Team:
- Assist the team in sourcing, offering, order follow up and any other merchandising activities
- Handle product sample labeling, packing, storage, and delivery
- Arrange product samples in showrooms
- Generate reports as per request from team
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Third or final year student with Economics/ Finance / Business background
Experience: No experience needed
Language: Good command of written and spoken English and local native language
Office skills: Good computer skills (Excel / Word/ Outlook …)

- Rigorous, very well organized and analytical
- High coordination ability with customers and suppliers
- High sense of ethics and integrity, dynamic and honest, dedicated, systematic and initiative
