Main Accountabilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for clients for digital & Social management matters.
  • Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships, and maintain frequent contact.
  • Hunt, assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective clients.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
  • Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
  • Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of digital & Social campaigns.
  • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
  • Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leadership skills to delegate tasks and provide guidance to help employees deliver exceptional work to clients.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to find creative solutions to complex issues clients may be facing.
  • Industry knowledge to implement and oversee compelling campaigns relevant to the industry and its audience.
  • Develop, execute, manage and on-going optimize business plan to grow MoM & YoY of team revenue.
  • Collaborate with and steer external agencies as well as other service providers to execute e-commerce strategy to achieve market share, profit and brand equity targets.
  • Always work towards those goals.
  • Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client.
  • Keep abreast of new trends in digital & ecommerce technology.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of working experience as a Digital Account Manager.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
  • Friendly and Optimistic.
  • Critical thinker and problem.
  • Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under demanding targets.
  • High level of analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to details.
  • Excellent communicating and interpersonal skills to work with different departments.
  • Great interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • BA in Marketing or similar relevant field.
