We assessed the company's current trade marketing strategy by data analysis, then built a new strategic approach and Trade Marketing plan aligned with the IMC plan to achieve the business goal, leveraging cross-functional knowledge across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• I developed the end-to-end project outline, concluded the competitor analysis, took part in the Trade Marketing plan, and guided the presentation using the storytelling approach.
• Throughout the proposal, I also played the role of the 'sharper' - critical thinker, final logical checker to ensure coherence and strategic clarity.
