My name is Thao Nguyen, and I am currently a senior majoring in English Linguistics and Literature at Ho Chi Minh International University. I am actively seeking an internship opportunity that will allow me to grow professionally and apply my academic knowledge in a practical setting.
I am confident in my English proficiency, especially in communication, reading, and writing. In addition to English, I also have a good command of Chinese and have achieved a score of 282 out of 300 on the HSK3 exam. Beyond my academic focus on English language studies, I have completed a professional training program and earned a Certificate in Import-Export Specialization from the Institute of Human Resources and Business Development, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.

Pursued an in-depth academic program focusing on English linguistics, translation theory, and practical interpretation skills. The curriculum emphasized academic writing, cross-cultural communication, and applied translation in various fields such as business, media, and international relations. Developed strong English proficiency and the ability to accurately convey meaning between English and Vietnamese.
Work & Experience
Provided online consultation and support to customers through e-commerce platforms. Answered inquiries about products, guided customers through the purchasing process, assisted with order placement, and offered after-sales support. Developed communication skills and gained practical experience in customer service in a high-volume retail environment.
