I am a passionate IT Support/Helpdesk professional with a solid foundation in Windows operating systems, LAN deployment and configuration, routers, and network devices. I possess strong communication skills, work well in teams, and can perform effectively under pressure. My short-term goal is to complete CCNA/CCNP certifications in 2025 and secure a stable, long-term position. In the long term, I aspire to advance my career to a Senior or Manager position within 3–5 years, specializing in network infrastructure management and cybersecurity.
