My major is English linguistics, i really like translation and anything that involve in translating. I also like to work in a English center as a customer support, anything involve with English. My favorite jobs right now is English translating and interpreting, customer support for english, data entry.
Work & Experience
I have 6 month in this field as a Apprentice. Apparently i perform the work of preparing loan documents and reminding the credit team to pay debts. The credit team uses those documents to serve the lending work. Periodically remind customers who are overdue to pay principal and interest. Understand the documents and progress of assigned work, have the ability to learn and have a vision.
Customer care is students and teachers, entrance test for students, arrange trial case for students to know which teacher is suitable for that student. Actively search for teachers suitable for students. Arrange periodic tests and periodic assessments, at the end of the course, test students at the end of the semester and ensure that students' output has progressed. Understand the job, have grasped the customer care process of the English center.
