Job Description
- Develop a deep understanding of the delivery company and actively identify operational issues;
- Initiate and help implement new ideas to develop strategic projects in multiple areas;
- Manage to work with all stakeholders e.g. Operation, Procurement, Feature, BI… to have some understanding about their tasks of specific projects;
- Coordinate/collaborate with teams inside and outside Shopee Express;
- Build a dashboard, report, and tracker to control the KPI and monitor it daily;
- Follow up the feedback of the launched projects and adjust plans to best serve the actual situations;
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of industry experience with proven business impact;
- Excellent communication with different stakeholders have experience in data analytics or logistics operation is a plus;
- Have ownership of the project, always being active in working with relevant stakeholders;
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude;
- Advanced Excel skills. Python is a plus;
- Excellence writing and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
