Research & Development (R&D) is responsible for researching and understanding what consumers want and need, while developing the technology and the science to bring Unilever’s next generation innovations to life.
Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Research and Development (R&D) team as interns. The R&D Interns will assist the team in the following areas.
- Develop innovative and creative product demonstrations, claims, and communications by integrating technical expertise with business acumen in marketing and sales.
- Undertake research to understand what consumers want and need and developing the technology and science to bring new innovations to life.
- Help to make our brands even healthier, more appealing, more efficient and more environmentally friendly – improving our products in any way possible.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (such as chemistry, engineering, science, or technology).
- Demonstrated interest in R&D, with a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to work effectively in an international team environment and collaborate cross functions.
- Knowledge in Marketing, Sales, or Creative is a plus.
- Passionate in beauty industry and social media (e.g., TikTok).
