Job Description
- Build a dashboard, report, and tracker to control the KPI and monitor it daily.
- Campaign preparation and take action on time, follow backlogs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the delivery company & actively identify operational issues.
- Actively propose Improvement Plans to make processes more innovative and better.
- Draw up the project plans, and dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline.
- Ensure that the project status, issues, or changes are communicated to internal and external stakeholders and documented appropriately.
- Work closely with the Operation team and Key Account Management team to grasp the Operation’s problem and update customers promptly.
- Work on BAU tasks as assigned by Managers.
Requirements
- 1+ years of industry experience with proven business impact.
- Excellent in communication with different stakeholders have experience in project management or operation is a plus.
- Have ownership of the project, always actively working with relevant stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
- Advanced Excel skills and SQL is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese to coordinate with stakeholders from across the region.
