We seek a responsible Project Management Executive to coordinate game’ Esport projects.
Successful candidates’ responsibilities include preparing comprehensive action plans, resources, and timeframes for esports projects.

- Coordinate all project management activities, working processes, and resources among all stakeholders and partners
- Optimize workflow, and ensure smooth interaction and communication among teams
- Act as the point of contact and communicate tasks status to all stakeholders and partners
- Set up and host business meetings, and discussions among relevant parties
- Divide projects into manageable steps, establish deadlines, allocate budget and resources, and generate reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Ensure outputs from cross-functions meet KPIs that have been set beforehand
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a project associate/coordinator or similar role. Experience in the gaming industry and Esports is a huge plus.
- Proactive, great sense of responsibility, well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication, multi-tasking, time-management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Airtable, Slack).
- Minimum English IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
