JOB DESCRIPTION
The Product Executive supports the Product Manager in realizing the strategic priorities of the Brand in Vietnam.
The Product Executive plays an important role in the close monitoring of inventory levels of new and existing merchandise and ensuring product is in the right locations to achieve desired sell-through expectations
He or she is also responsible for the planning and preparation of specific Collection data to enhance the purchase decisions of the Product Team before, during, and after each Buying Session and Collection Launch
Responsibilities
Product Life Cycle:
Provide strategic analysis on inventory levels, sales and forecasts while offering an innovative approach to inventory management for Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry products
Participate in Fashion buy 6 times/year, support Product Manager with the assortment selection during the buying process and offer timely feedback
Assist in buying debrief and pre and post buy sessions
Actively analyze Product performance (Sell-Through, Sales, SOH report as well as ad-hoc analysis required)
Eyewear: Manage the full Product Life Cycle from initial Forecast, to Buying and Write Off of Seasonal and Reoffer Collections, Product Launches, Inventory Management within season. Oversee offerings at FBP POS and provide business insights
Inventory Support:
Collaborate with the Global, Regional and Local Supply Chain team to ensure timely deliveries in-line with local launch plan
Liaise with the Product Manager on the collection launch strategy and execute accordingly
Coordinate stock/ inventory level of all items sold in Fashion Boutique to achieve stock coverage objectives (boutique transfers, action plans on aged or discontinued stocks, regional transfers, monitor delivery status, re-orders, best and slow sellers, etc.)
Create allocation plan to distribute inventory into Boutique most effectively while following business strategies
Ensure Boutique inventory and sales ratio is maintained for every current collection.
Proactively perform Regional and Global Stock Requests/ Offers where necessary.
Pricing:
Support with seasonal pricing deadlines and subsequently, their efficient rollout to Boutique (price lists, posting updated prices to Orliweb/ AX)
Liaise with Regional Operations and IT to ensure all new prices are updated on Boutique POS
Effectively orchestrate new ticketing rollout for every price change at Boutique and Warehouse level
Business Partnership:
Actively & openly participate in internal Business meetings and maintain in close partnership with other functions (Marketing, Retail, Visual Merchandising, Learning & Development, Supply Chain)
Spend at least 20% of time in regular boutique visits to explore opportunities, review assortments, visual display, and other merchandising issues
Aftersales & Product Quality:
Provides Boutique with information regarding product updates, issues, or defects
Maintains a close working relationship with Local, Regional & Global After sales team
Liaise with boutique After Sales team to manage spare parts and send out quality defected products to overseas workshops
