JOB DESCRIPTION
– Return order task : Daily check and record status. Follow up to ensure no missing orders
– Invoice and payment : Collect and categorized all invoices/ payment documents before submitting to FIN
– Email management : Check emails from Skechers Website and occasionally reply as requested
– Document/ paper work process : Prepare paperwork/document, collect signatures/approval as requested
– Products task : Translate products description. Make sure wordings are easy to read and understand to customers
– Reports : Collect numbers and fill in/complete reports as requested on deadline + Other tasks assigned by management
– Orders daily task : check and report on abnormal orders, make sure all orders are processed
REQUIREMENTS
– Diploma holder with nearly 2 years of relevant working experience.
– Organizing mindset. New ideas for keeping daily task organized are welcomed. Highly organized, meticulous with sharp attention to details.
– Be responsive. Details and accuracy
– Possess effective interpersonal and communications skills, in both verbal and written forms. Good coordinating skill for internal and external parties
– Good English in reading and writing skills
