RESPONSIBILITIES
– Receive requests from world-wide customers via emails, request management systems and phone calls.
– Resolve customer’s problems encountered when using the company’s system.
– Most customers come from the USA, Korea, Japan, Singapore, India, China, Turkey, etc…
* Working time:
– Work 5 days/week; including weekends, holidays, Tet holiday.
– Work in rotation of 3 shifts and in accordance with the company:
Shift 1: 6 am – 2 pm,
Shift 2: 2 pm – 10 pm,
Shift 3: 10 pm – 6 am.
REQUIREMENTS
– Good English; ability to communicate directly with customers.
– Experiences in Accounting, MS Excel; ERP/SAP ,HR, or SF
– Have a good spirit of learning, attitude and responsibility.
– Ability to work long-term.
BENEFITS
– Basic salary: negotiated.
– Salary review is every 6 months; the increase will depend on the working performance.
– An additional allowance of VND250,000/shift when working shift 3 (10 pm – 6 am).
– Other allowances: parking fee of your motorbike, necessities are available (milk, cake, tea, coffee, etc) to ensure health at work.
– Annual vacation and social welfare in accordance with the law of Vietnam.
