[HCM] RA Assistant cum BD Staff 394 views

Headcount: 01 in HCMC Office & 01 in Hanoi Office

Report Line: Vietnamese Team Manager/Japanese Team Manager
This position will be promoted to BD Staff or Recruiter Advisor in the future.

DUTIES

**Recruiter Advisor Assistant: 60%
Support RA team members with the following tasks:

– Translate JO from English to Vietnamese
– Create JO on the company’s assistant
– Arranging candidate interviews with the consultant team
– Summarize candidate information
– Do process on the company’s system
– Other tasks assigned by Managers

**BD Tasks (40%)
Will have on-job-training from BD Manager

Mainly in charge of business development activity for both Japanese clients and non-Japanese clients (foreign companies and large local corporations).
・Searching candidates from job boarding sites, network,s and current existed BD client list
・Connect and develop relationships with potential clients in Vietnam by making phone calls, visiting and attending networking events
・Find potential clients who have a hiring demand
・Make clients understand our service and get a contract from them

REQUIREMENT

– Age: 21-22
– Education Background: University Degree
– Language skills: English: From Business Level
– Skills: Have experience in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
– Personality:
+ Have Sales mindset, willing to be a consultant in the near future.
+ Good communication skills
+ Be a willing-to-ask person.
