Working hour: Mon-Fri, 9AM-6PM

Allowance: 200,000 VND per working day. Approx. 4,200,000VND per month
I. Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Internal Coms & Events preparation:
- Support the Manager in engaging with key stakeholders & organizing company events (E.g., Watzup…)
- Draft / Coordinate / Facilitate functional & organizational communications to the wider organization – in both English & Vietnamese
- Assist the Manager in responding to / cascading internal comms requests from above markets.
2. ESG/Sustainability communications & activities
- Support the refreshment of BAT Vietnam website.
- Support the Manager in producing & facilitating comms materials about ESG/Sustainability
- Keep track of ESG library
3. Reporting & Record Management
- Support the Manager in producing report of Comms work.
- Record management of Comms folder as per company’s guideline
4. Admin & ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager
5. People
- Build strong collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders across functions.
- Hold self-responsible for high standards of delivery, on time and in full.
II. Key requirements
- Proven communication skills in English & Vietnamese, especially proofreading & writing.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize works.
- Good inter-personal skills in dealing with internal and external customers/contacts at all levels.
- Quick learner, creative and drive-for-results.
- Interest in Corporate Communications/ESG field
