*PURPOSES: responsibilities include supporting in recruitment, onboarding for new hire information, employer branding activities, as well as logistic arrangement for learning & communication. *MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support in Recruitment tasks (job posting, resume screening & selection, interview scheduling, database input & consolidating, recruitment report update, etc.). Participate in organizing company events and careers days when happens.
- Support Onboarding process for new members: preparation & document (request & follow up AD, IT set up, announcement, Induction plan & Welcome booklist, etc.)
- Employer branding activities: tracking all communication channels (internal vs external), career pages & update information accordingly
- Logistic support for Learning & Communication (training, meeting & survey activities, training feedback consolidation, etc.)
- Organization chart update, HRIS report tracking monthly
- Support on some Admin tasks, such as expense claim & vendor code, contract portal process for payment, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager/ Team Leaders
*KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
- Careful, detail oriented, well organize
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
- Efficiency level of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- English communication
