INFLUENCER COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT INTERN

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Social content (TikTok, Facebook group) planning and execution;
– Campaign Planning & Execution, review and organization of KOL in campaigns;
– Provide ongoing 1on1/group support and training to creators on rules/policy/product/service;
– Collecting feedback to keep influencers engaged & empowered;
– Manage communication with internal team from product/campaign side

Qualifications
– Actively enrolled University student who is able to work 5 days a week for at least 3 months.
– Having strong networking/experience working with creators/ influencers is a plus.
– Familiar with different social apps and tools such as Zalo, Facebook, Instagram etc
– Good understanding of content especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other content driven platforms.
– Have experience in managing TikTok account/ Facebook Group is a plus.
– Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills.
– Collaborative and open to changes and challenges.
– Proficiency in English is preferred.
