Job Description:
- Establish a buying and pricing strategy for current and future seasons
- Build daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal product strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage day to day performance of the business versus set targets, and pro-actively manage adjustments to ensure strong business results.
- Facilitate communications across the Company and ensure awareness is the line with key initiatives.

Issue POs and monitor production and delivery schedules from the factory to the local warehouse.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree/Colleg
- Relevant experience in creating and managing sales budget as well as coordinate with Marketing team for marketing strategy by referring to customer review
- Experience in planning and managing sales budget, inventory purchase and to manage inventory until sell out
- To negotiate delivery date and quantity with supplier to realize sales plan
- To plan and execute marketing communication by week/month/season
- A passion for the product, grounded in financial reality
- Required Skill(s): financial and commercial awareness, analytical, communication, people management, organizational
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
