JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for supporting the HR department (People Team) in day-to-day administrative tasks and activities.
- Support in all activities of the recruitment process
- Be in charge handle hiring requests at Intern/Fresher level
- Overseeing onboarding for new hires and give each new employee an excellent onboarding experience
- Join to plan/execute talent care activities, community activities, internal events of the Company
- Support on documentation for HR Operations activities
- More tasks will be assigned according to capabilities
REQUIREMENTS
- 4th year student or freshly graduated Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related fields.
- Strong passion for Human Resources
- Self-motivated, independent, detailed-oriented and organized
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Willing to learn and good command of written as well as spoken English
