What you will do
- Plan, execute, and build up ideas/concepts of all well-being & internal events/activities to attract high engagement of employees and promote company culture;
- Develop and monitor a variety of internal communications types including but not limited to presentations, announcements, blog posts, visuals, and videos;
- Work with relevant stakeholders to understand business and ensure all internal communication and activities are well planned and integrated with business and teams’ plans;
- Manage all administrative logistics for recognition programs;
- Maintain and uplift the internal sport & hobbies clubs;
- Design, implement, and analyze results of employee engagement surveys and other engagement initiatives, using outcomes to help drive organizational improvement;
- Monitor financial budgets for communication and engagement activity, administrative tasks relating to payment, contract, etc. as required;
- Other assignments and responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Marketing is preferred;
- A minimum of 3 years experience in employee engagement role in big corporates (1,000+ employees);
- Excellent English communication skills and high computer literacy;
- The potential candidate for Senior Employee Engagement Executive also should be:
- Interested in learning new things;
- Flexible, dynamic with strong interpersonal skills;
- Able to prioritize under deadline pressure;
- Responsive to requests from clients, employees, or management;
- Experts in delivering outcomes, achieving goals, and solving problems;
- Strong communicators with skills in writing and public speaking;
- Excellent with event management skills.
