Internship work plan
- Innovation Training (administrative task)
- Innovation Workshops (administrative task)
- Innovation Newsletter (Research, Content Writing, Publishing)
- Innovation Challenge (administrative task)
- Documentation for Innovation projects
- Project Coordinator (set up meeting, record meeting minutes, meeting follow up)
- Build-up Innovation portal (manage content)
- Learn KPMG Innovation Process
- Learn KPMG Innovation Methodology
- Learn Project Management
Innovation Awareness Program
- Learn Innovation Culture Index
- Build Innovation Topics description & Outcome
- Collect & design Training materials (Power Point)
Qualifications
Experience and knowledge candidate should have:
- High level of lateral, critical, and strategic thinking with the ability to leverage different perspectives to create solutions that challenge conventions while solving consumer and business needs.
- Ability to use a variety of visualization tools (Miro, Figma, etc.) to design innovation concepts.
- Excellent ability for documentation (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Personal skills candidates should have:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Enjoy working in an agile way, fuzzy situations, and multicultural environment with international experience (abroad or foreign companies in Vietnam).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written) in English.
- Team player with a strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
