Job Description and Responsibilities
The Event Operation Junior will work hand-in hand with the Founder and play an instrumental role in conceptualizing and executing plans for a range of events, actively coordinating across several departments.
- Directly work on the projects with involvement in concept validation, hands-on market research, and implementation
- Be challenged in a full cycle of organizing an event, involving planning, preparation, logistics, communication, pre-event, set-up, execution and post-event
- Communicate effectively with all the key stakeholders and maintain a positive working relationship liaising across departments
- Support with communication and announcements (both verbal and written) related to the upcoming events, business updates etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Hospitality or a Business related major
- At least 2years of relevant experience
- Meticulous, work under tight deadline, able to work in an unstructured environment
- Advanced level English skills – both written & verbal (equivalent to IELTS 7 min.)
- Good computer literacy and proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Highly analytical and be able to plan & organize with a clear focus on priorities
