JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Serve as the Project Leader/ Owner for the assigned client, supervise project team(s) on client services, and partner with other functional teams to deliver excellent execution of such projects
- Deliver planned sales KPIs for the assigned clients, make sure to maintain good relationships with them and upsell, cross-sell as well as make other efforts to maximize sales from them;
- Participate in the business development process by contributing to developing achievable client plans including strategies, briefings, and creative works;
- Develop influencer marketing campaign approach, understand and manage details of a campaign in the context of a larger business picture;
- Help integrate internal team members and educate them on the client, their target, their service and other project-related information;
- Work in partnership across the teams within the unit and other business unit teams to provide excellent project management for your client’s needs at all times;
- Set and manage multiple project deliverables including time and cost estimates with internal and external clients to deliver or/and exceed client’s project objectives/KPIs;
- Ensure the financial process is followed in terms of client set-up and invoicing.
- Continuously provide input into the problem-solving direction of each client project and ensure communication of any directional changes to your team and to other related teams.
- Continuously ensure the quality of the deliveries and proactively seek new ways to improve client services as well as executional innovation to build trust and confidence for the clients.
- Assist the business development team in planning works to win businesses from clients
- Nurture and mentor junior members of the team in day to day execution – acting as a role model

- Skills:
- Project Management (Plan, Monitor, Coordinate, Budget, Cost Control, Time management)
- Communication, Team-working, Multitasking
- Must have customer-centric mindset
- Must have a good understanding and knowledge of marketing, especially in digital area
- Hard-working, Patient, Punctual, Proactive
- English (spoken & written) is required
- Have at least 1.5 years in the same level
