JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assume full responsibility of Front Office department and responsible for exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure
- Ensure all set policies, procedures, best practices are in place and rigorously enforce
- Work in partnership with other departments to ensure all guests needs are met
- Focus on rejuvenation of the room experiences, making sure room amenities, services and products will constantly assessed to remain relevant and in keeping with Six Senses wellness & sustainability practices.
