The Role Summary

The role ‘s responsibilities include designing and evaluating career paths, overseeing all HR functions and crafting strategies that meet our business goals.You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Formulate career development plans
  • Ensure compensation & reward strategy are in line with market standards and performance ratings
  • Develop internal and external processes managing key hires onboarding, training & retention
  • Foster a growth-oriented and motivating environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Evaluate capability plan, training and development programs
  • Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools
  • Ensure HR policies are in line with local legislation and global Gro247 policies
  • Ensure HR plans align with Gro247 mission and business objectives

 

Deliverables
  • Talent attraction & retention 
  • Understanding business needs and provide strategic advice and initiatives to achieve the business goals.
  • Oversee all HR processes and continually improve efficiency. 

 

To Do Well In This Position, You Must Have
  • 8-10+ years of work experience in HR business partnering, HR Head or similar role
  • Experience in strategic planning
  • In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems
  • Good understanding of labor legislation
  • Excellent leadership abilities
  • Communication and problem-solving skills
