Job Description:
- Register Personal Income Tax code and bank account for employees,
- Collect & input information for the monthly payroll (incentive, Overtime, allowances, other changes).
- Check information of compulsory insurances (Unemployment Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Insurance)
- Collect, scan, check and fill employees’ documents; manage labor contracts, employee data.
- Receive and handle incoming and outgoing letters: classify insurance documents.
- Support HR Department in the administrative tasks for onboarding process, orientation training course, or other internal training sessions.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Job Requirements:
- 3rd/final year student or fresh graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics Law, Accounting or related majors.
- Passionate and oriented to HR career path, especially C&B.
- Careful, detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, eager to learn.
- Ability to grasp problems quickly, a high level of confidentiality.
- Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
