• Preventive maintenance program (PM program).
• Take part in troubleshooting issue for mechanical parts.
• Cost saving program such as KAIZEN, rebuild repair/ rebuilt spare part project.
• Build training kit for training lab (Training-Development program).
• Perform routine tasks under close supervision using well-defined standards and procedures.
• Support the development and documentation of standard procedures (WI, OPL, BKM).
• 5S activities, spare part management.
• Other duties as assigned.
  

• Expected Length of Internship:
  • 6 months with full time.
• Experience:
  • Good knowledge in Auto CAD design systems.
  • Good knowledge in vacuum system, lubricant and transmission
  • Good in read and understand detail machine drawing.
  • Good knowledge of machine tools such as welding machines, milling machines, grinding machines.
• Education:
  • Bachelor/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Required Skills/Competencies:
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, logical.
  • Ability to work independently set priorities required.
  • Good English communications skills both verbal and written.
  • Broad technical background in areas such as CAD design systems, mechanical engineering physics (vacuum system, lubricant and transmission) and/or mechanical design.
  • Strong problem solving skills, and the pragmatic application of strong mechanical design theory and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with AutoCAD/AutoCAD version 2008 or greater.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
  • Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
