1. Job Summary:
– Check-in for passengers during departure/arrival flight, ensure safety for passengers of departure and arrival flights. Working at Noi Bai International Airport.
✈ Working time frame: 04h00-11h00; 11:00-18:00; 18h00-01h00+
2. Main responsibilities:
– Responsible for performing services related to passenger service and activities related to handling baggage of passengers traveling on aircraft, for VJ’s departure and/or arrival flights at the airport.
– Building the unit through contributing ideas and implementing quality improvements in line with the Company’s orientation.
– Responsible for building a professional working environment that upholds teamwork and individual responsibility.
– Carry out the above works exactly according to the procedures and instructions of the Company and the VJGS in a professional manner.
– Check-in for passengers (check-in); baggage control (carry-on, checked); invite guests to use added utility services.
– Control of passengers and hand luggage at the boarding gate.
– Timely report abnormalities (leakage, tear, etc.) of luggage and goods to the Passenger Services Supervisor.
3. Requirements
✈ High school diploma graduate or higher, final year or fresh graduated students are welcome for part-time
✈ Age from 18 – 25
✈ Female height from 1,58m
✈ Male height from 1,68m
✈ Good communication skills both English & Vietnamese
✈ Willing to work in shifts.
✈ Good appearance
✈ Previous experience of working with the public is an advantage
