Mô Tả Công Việc
– Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
– Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
– Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
– Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
– Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
– Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
– Order stationeries as office demand.
– Keep office always clean & tidy.
– Back up for sales data integration upon request.
– Report customers servise activities monthly.
Working conditions:
Working hour: 08:00 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday) & 08:00 – 12:00 (Saturday).
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
– Bachelor in Business Administration, Economic, Foreign languages or relevant fields.
– English: Upper Intermediate.
– Strong Microsoft office skills at Excel.
– Professional appearence, good looking is an advantage.
– Full-time : 8: 00 – 17: 30 (Mon – Fri) & 8:00 – 12: 00 (Sat)
