Main responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data on particular industry & start-up/SME company real cases.
• Liaise with clients to understand business performance, strategy, business model. This involves field interviews, analyzing data, form hypotheses & justifications.
• Identify the critical issues & outline the client’s key business issues that need resolution.
• Analyze financial projections, clarify underlying assumptions with clients, and guide/support clients to improve the planning, execution and monitoring/controlling.
• Provide recommendations to client’s current demand and future business operations, and communicate those findings in a professionally structured report/presentation.
• Model up financial scenario and sensitivity analyses on potential projects & company.
• Turning strategy into action & facilitate Clients to solve the case
• Playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or related fields.
• ACCA, CPA, CFA, FRM, CMA professional persuasion or qualifications is definitely a plus.
• Strong research & financial analysis skill and experience.
• Able to work well with Excel & Powerpoint skills. Software & appplication skill is a plus.
• Able to wok creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment
• Organisational skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Last, important, is innovative and proactive in thinking and problem-solving.
• Experience required: 1-2 years. Fresh graduate can also be considered.
