Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage appointments and meetings daily, weekly, monthly
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Accurately record and store meeting minutes
- System User Support
- Follow up to update sales data
- Monitor the activities of the sales team
- Admin tasks
Requirements:
- University or College
- Good English skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Have a sense of self-discipline and responsibility at work
