1. Market analysis & Sales strategy (60%)
– Tracking & know exactly the market situation of Branch / Sales Center/ Brand / CAT
– Sales forecasting & planning Monthly, Quarterly sales targets & accompanying support
– Prepare process, necessary indicators to track sales strategy & feedback (daily, weekly, monthly)
– Analyze the results & evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy & expense
– Work-with with Sales Man weekly, working together with Sales Man & seeing the results and efficiency
– Report performance results and evaluation
2. New products launching (40%)
– Follow up new product launching schedule, cooperate with MKT and related section on preparation progress.
– Build sales strategy & Planning supply & requirements for products.
– Plan to provide the samples product & monitor implementation.
– Making new product training documents, videos & tracking implementation, effective of training
– Building processes related to tracking results, new product effectiveness.
– Collecting survey feedback on new products, share & exchange with relevant departments
