  2. Transfer master plan to Planner Team to making detailed production schedule.
  3. Frequency supervisor production situation, sale situation, inventory situation and guid to meet master production plan or making revise plan and got re-approval…
  4. Make plan and control, drive and guide projects how to meet company target: R&D project, quality improvement, technology/machine improvement, optimize organization headcount, upgrade productivity, cost/expense/material saving, reduce material loss, energy saving, safety/enviromental upgrade,…
  5. Build KPIs program and set Key Target to meet main Company Target…
  6. Saving cost/expense: Improve products and machine technology as R&D required, estimate, assess, monitor and control B/C grade ratio, material loss, save energy, optimum Headcount,… to reduce of waste cost/expense…
  7. HSE: Monitoring and control safety, reduce dust, reduce temperature, guide employees to understand the policy…
  8. HR: Creative motivation in team work, trainning, advise staff, build key person team,…
  9. GMP, ISO…maintain policy, compliance policy, analysis issue, improvement, monitoring and control…
  10. Risk assessment, control, troubleshoot: frequency assessment production area on site, improvement high risk critical point,… control and recovery incidents (machine broken, environment, fire, flooded, strike, worker trouble…).
  11. Frequency task:
  • Daily: On site tour production line, Check and signed in/out raw material, finish goods, review machine status and analysis issue, manufacturing daily production report, checking project mechanical/electrical/air compressor/status, 5S site checking, random compliance auditive, random quality check, random maintenance check, reply email, random night checking and motivate staff/worker…
  • Weekly: Checking production planning/schedule, shift leader team meeting review and improvement, PTC meeting, planning team meeting, project/improvement meeting, check spare part quality…
  • Monthly: Monthly report, KPIs review and report, received sales’s forecast, make production plan, review and plan manpower/headcount, maintenance plan, cash forecast, verify improvement, R&D/QA/slow moving meeting and share information to staff…
  • Annual: Review result, make new main KPIs, make main action plan, make KPIs each dept, annual assessment staff, review and promote, share main mission to all staff…
  • Build core team: Find out some strengths each staff then combine/connect to high key person team to reach achieve.
  • Team building: Key person eat dinner together, data collection, analysis information, policy guidance and orientation up to mission.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  1. Education: Graduated from Technical University, major Automation / Mechatronics / Electrical.
  2. Experience: At least 3 year experience in the same position.
  3. Language: Advanced English; Have Chinese is a Plus.\
  4. Other Requirements:
  • Managing people in challenging environment.
  • Experience of working in a unionized environment.
  • Budget management Experience.
  • Experience of working in a cross functional team.
  • Experience of performance management of a large team.
  • Specific experience of managing continuous improvement processes.
  • Project Management skills.
