Responsibilities:
Administration:
-To prepare, classify, record, follow all documents including but not limited to contract, agreement, payment voucher, debit note, good receive, stock-in and out note… to meet company procedure.
-To check product availability at the shop, support buying samples for product planning.
-To check and control POSM inventory monthly.
-To be a sales admin to support sales documents (CO, CQ, packing list, quality certificate…)
Sales and Marketing:
-To collect data from the system and cross functional teams to input master data for supporting dashboard reports.
-To support event execution by set up, display, sample, forwarder…
-To be a coordinator to support ECM material for cross functional teams and departments.
-To be product responder of chat box/comment on a digital campaign.
-To check the market (product and price) by phone call / shop visiting.
-To collect/modify/handle customer feedback to summarize the market report monthly.
Requirements:
– University graduation with related to Marketing, Business
– Good in Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Logical thinking and analytical skills
– Careful and detailed oriented
– Willing to learn
– Working as both a teamwork and individual
– The ability to work under high pressure
– Good writing and speaking English
