Brief summary of job profile:
Lead the execution of omni-channel loyalty marketing and CRM initiatives to optimize acquisition, retention, win-back, referral, personalization and promotional strategies.
Key Accountabilities:
- Define, develop and execute CRM and Loyalty strategies against agreed KPIs.
- Manage the operations of CRM, Marketing Automation, SMS/Email and related software.
- Ensure customer databases are segmented effectively and develop testing strategies to increase transactions and order value.

Education/ Training Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree – Marketing Preferred
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in similar position for company same or greater size. Ideally Foodservice retail.
Knowledge of:
- CRM (Ascentis) and Marketing Automation Software (Insider)
- Vietguys marketing platforms (SMS, Email)
- Atlassian Confuence & Jira
- Microsoft Office Software & MS Teams
- Loyalty Program Design & Managment
Skills (Ability to):
- Database Segmentation
- Digital Marketing
- Data Analysis (Basic-Intermediate)
- Lead others via influence, critical thinking and communication skills
- Good Vietnamese & English language skills
- Strong Team Player (ability to work across functions and departments)
- Ability to work effectively & efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple situation simultaneously
