Being a Product Development Trainee, you will be a part of Product Development department in MoMo with the role of:

• Support in enhancing and building product features;
• Identify user needs and market dynamics for idea suggestion;
• Build UX/UI for product flow while collaborating with product designers;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Unit, IT) and work with go-to market stakeholders to launch features;
• Focus on user experience (UX) to ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by customers

Training:

• Training period: Within 6 months following the On-the-job-training method.
• Training including:
  • Project brief: Each Product Development Trainee is introduced by your Product Lead/Manager to 1 project/feature which you will take over in the next 6 months;
  • Project involvement & guidance: Trainees will participate in the real product development of the project, be guided and evaluated monthly by a mentor to ensure experience and skills are developed;
  • Project graduation: Final report (slide) and presentation to be evaluated for graduation from the Trainee Talent program.
• After 6 months, if there is good quality of work, the Product Development Trainees will be nominated for Product Executive position at MoMo.

What you will need

• GPA from 2.7/4 or 7.0/10;
• Final year student or graduate with less than 1 year of experience;
• Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or higher) and have good computer skills;
• Have great passion in learning about Product & Technology;
• Have potential to lead team;
• Good analytical and user-understanding skills;
• Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills;
• Have good self-awareness, decision-making, both independent and team working ability.
