2. General Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframe, low fidelity design, high fidelity design if necessary
- Review UI/UX of features after the development team finish the implementation
- Revamping, standardizing and optimizing the current user experience flow of applications
- Create and maintain a design system and design roadmap for the team
- Conduct user research to validate design concepts for important user flows
Additional:
- Participate in community group activities to research recent technology, sharing knowledge between members of the team
- Participate in 1-1 reviews with line manager for progress reporting and feedback and career development
- Contribute to team documents including (technical documents, detailed design documents, process-related documents, onboarding documents…)

3. Job interaction and interface
- Actively work with Product managers/ Product owners to discuss design, verify and prototype UX
- Actively work with the cross-functional development team to help review and develop an application
- Optionally provide support for other departments if necessary
- Report to: Head of Product / Centre director
4. Requirements
- Relevant degree in the design field
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design roles
- A strong UI/UX portfolio to showcase the experience
- Proficient in graphic design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative suite, etc)
- Strong experience with prototyping web applications (from low fidelity to high fidelity)
- Attention to details Prerequisites
- Problem-solving mindset, good time management skills
- Can do attitude, hands-on work and try best to help the team meet the results
- Able to read English documents
Optional
- Have experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum methodology
- Drive for learning new approaches and techniques
- Ability to successfully manage several projects simultaneously
