• Assist in coordinating, developing, and implementing the company’s digital marketing strategies to deliver business objectives and build Shiseido Cosmetics Vietnam to become a digital-driven and data-driven organization
• Require to have intensive knowledge of digital marketing & industry trend, with the ability to think strategically

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be responsible for strategic media planning & implementation of Digital transformation for Vietnam market
• Full leverage the insight & data across multiple platforms/ digital tools at every point of the integrated consumer journey to perform advanced analytics for media recommendations
• Plan & execute all digital marketing, including SEO/ SEM, marketing database, email, social media & display advertising campaigns.
• Together with the agency, brand & cross-functional teams, lead the team to manage & optimize media performance to meet KPIs
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Ensure assigned marketing budget management as per plan
• Engage & build strong relationships with strategic partners
• Lead, coach, and manage subordinates to ensure excellent team performance on both branding media & e-marketing for eCommerce

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Media, Communication
• Experienced in digital campaign strategic planning include: audience planning, channel planning, content planning & performance planning
• Experienced managing digital ad on display, video (Youtube, OTT), Social (Facebook, Instagram …) Search (SEM/SEO), programmatic
• Strong analytical skills
• Leadership skills
• Good communication skills & teamwork spirit
