UniPass, a brand name under VNG is a digital transportation platform with a mission to transform the public transportation into digital and improve Vietnamese people life. We are growing super fast and looking for a new member – Senior Business Development Specialist, based at VNG Campus to join our team to make the team even stronger.
Business Development
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands customers base.
- Approach new and potential customers to introduce and offer products.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understand their needs.
- Monitor the progress, measure the performance and feed insight back to the team to drive the goal.
- Be clients contact point of products who is responsible for working with internal VNG teams to process the contract and any related documents/ works.
External Affairs
- Build governmental working networks to support department and projects
- Maintains and nurtures the relationships with government, associated authorities and all committees, legislatively represents and protects organization interests.
- Working with External Affairs team to review, coordinate and manage the submission process of project legal documents and any related documents/works.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business or related field
- Having at least 5 years working experience working for B2B tech products/solutions
- Having experience in building and maintaining relationship with governmental departments and B2B customers
- Having knowledge of law, legal/governmental documents is advantage
- Experience in design and implementation of business development strategy
- Excellent in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills while working with internal team, government and external clients
- Self-motivated with ability to demonstrate independent decision-making
- Good at customer relationship management and ability to build good business relationships.
