1. Job Description

• Keep abreast of changes in laws affecting the company and its investments.
• Draft the first copy of legal documents.
• Conduct all initial research, regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice and provide information to Legal Counsels.
• The study proposed and existing legislation related to the operations of the company.
• Manage all administrative responsibilities in the legal office.
• Assist legal counsels to organize all legal documents, document filing, gather necessary documents and information to begin building a case.
• Other duties as assigned

2. Job Requirements

• Graduated students or 4th-year students from good Vietnamese law universities, or major in legal
• Legal intern experience preferred but not required
• Ability to do legal research, work with government authorities, good in formatting, writing
• Ability to read and write English
• Duration Intern: 3 months, 8:00 -17:00 from Mon – Fri

4. Working Hours:

• Working hours are currently 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday
• One hour is allowed for lunch basically from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
