MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by users to Infrastucture Team.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Education: Colleges Degree or higher.
- Experience:
– Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting.
– Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks and network infrastructure is a plus.
- Work related skills:
– Networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP).
– Client service mindset.
- Soft skills:
– Good English communication skills.
– Problem solving skills.
– Team work spirit and ability of working individually.
