Responsibilities:
Taking Assistant hours in class
- Taking classes as requested
- Having substitution as requested
Classroom management
- Support teachers in class during the course
- Assist students in class during the course
- Control and take care of students in class
- Assign and mark homework
Course Administration
- Prepare & distribute course books, materials & merchandise
- Update students with course progress information
- Check student’s attendance daily
- Prepare students for the exam, Cambridge
- Deliver letters
- Report any accident, incident to OO/TAO/OS
Learning & development
- Attending workshop & training as requested
Customer Care
- Report students’ progress – result (monthly). Call parents for absent students
- Tutoring weak students
- Support events
Re-enrolment
- Calling Letter New Course
- Support in Re-enrolment task when requested
Other
- Support centre when requested
- Qualifications: University Degree [ current university students from the 1st year above also acceptable ]
- Other requirements: working by shifts
