Magnolia Vietnam adventure started on August 1, 2014 with a small group of staffs. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Liaise with Senior Executives (HR/Finance & Counting/Marketing) to handle office operations to ensure the office operates smoothly.
  • Coordinate to aid with a wide spectrum of Human Resource functions which consists of data input/analysis/report for payroll and entries of salary; health & social insurance; personal income tax in accordance with company policies and Vietnam laws; Training programs for employees; Recruitment for all company personnel.
  • Coordinate to aid with a wide spectrum of Finance & Accounting function including data input for company monthly report/analysis.
  • Coordinate to aid with a wide spectrum of Marketing function including company trips/team activities, internal & external events as well as internal marketing activities.
  • Provide generate supports to organize and handle logistics for visitors to Magnolia Office, such as VIP accommodation, restaurant reservations, liaison with guests from other branches/offices

WHAT YOU ARE GOOD AT

  • Sophomore/Junior or Senior, majored in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing or other related fields;
  • Has good verbal and written English skill (compulsory)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Has dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure that may involve confidential or sensitive matters
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is a dynamic person, self-learning, self-motivated and reliable
  • Demonstrate professional integrity
  • Has the ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy.
  • Demonstrate attitude and aptitude for an energetic environment
